We get emails and phone calls from nonprofits struggling to find the success they had hoped for. We enjoy working with each of these nonprofits because many times their solution is easy. They just need a good image and need to “work the business.” Many times creating a custom story and professional image is all it takes to jumpstart their nonprofit success.
401K Alternative
Just in recent years have corporations and churches discovered the benefit of encouraging each of their employees and staff to have a personal non-profit project. Just like a 401K plan is an essential part of a person’s savings and retirement, so is a 501C Plan on a non-profit basis. In these economic times everyone is looking for a safer place to put their finances and many are realizing that a nonprofit of their own is just the place they can invest their money, get a good return, and use it again later in life to fund their retirement.
Why The CDP Program is Different
Most people who are doing non-profit work need an organizational structure within which to do their work, accept donations, and find ongoing funding. Many set up a non-profit 501c3 which costs thousands of dollars to start and maintain (which we can also do). However, this can be accomplished much easier and less expensively by setting up their own 501c3 through Ocean Grand and the Congressional District Program (CDP).
