In November 2000, a friend was diagnosed with chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML). It was two days before Thanksgiving, so needless to say the holidays for her that year were a lot different from other years.

Her sister had heard about someone with Leukemia who had been in remission for seven years. Tracking down the person they learned that she had gone to a doctor in Arizona who prescribed “natural” immune building treatments. With this intriguing information they started doing research, prayed a lot and finally decided that the natural treatment was the path to take. At the time of leaving for Arizona in February of 2001, her white blood cell counts were sky high.
